Here at Rachel’s Classic Burger, we want to bring something to consumers in the northwest that they have not seen before.  We are residents of Oregon, and grew up in the Portland area (click here or “About Us” to hear more of our story).  We have always had a passion for a good, quality, fresh burger; and as long as we can remember, we have always wondered why no one offered such burgers here in Oregon, and have waited anxiously for such a business to move in.  Now that wait is over! Rachel’s Classic Burger is here to offer Oregon fresh quality food.  Our restaurant is located off of TV HWY in Hillsboro, OR at the TV Highway Marketplace next to Lil’ Cooperstown (for a map of our location click here or “Contact Us”).  Please come visit us!

Here are the awesome products we offer!

Burgers: All burgers come on a butter- toasted bun with freshly sliced tomato, lettuce, sweet onion, and our very own Rachel’s sauce; cheeseburgers come with American cheese and can be upgraded to Tillamook cheddar.  The Patty is 100% ground chuck, and comes from Fulton’s Provision Co. in Portland.  It’s one of the best patties on the market!

Fresh Cut Fries: Our fries are made from Kennebec potatoes, and are cut fresh throughout the day and fried in 100% vegetable oil. Golden and crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside!

Real Ice Cream Milkshakes: Our milkshakes are made with Alpenrose’s Premium milkshake mix.  They are thick and creamy, and come in chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla flavors.
